The Challenge
COSMOS had a strong technical foundation, but the product lacked a cohesive identity. The Navy needed a public-facing website, unified design assets, and marketing materials that matched the quality of commercial cloud providers. Internal teams also needed clear UI models, pitch decks, videos, promotional materials, and event collateral to communicate capabilities to leadership, program offices, and external partners.
NIWC wanted a partner who understood federal requirements, security constraints, and the high expectations that come with a modernization program inside the DoD.
